My experience is principally in the technical pre sales, database administration, and development areas. My career progression has enabled me to develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an ability to quickly adapt to and assess any situation and/or environment.
Of specific interest is my ability to analyze business requirements and transform those requirements into practical application. I have utilized this competence in the retail, financial, and government sectors successfully. My prior experience enables me to better understand these markets, their systems, and the services necessary for success. I am also very proficient in SQL and database technologies. I am also very proficient in SQL and database technologies, and have vast experience with the administration of several O/S platforms, including Unix and Windows NT/2000/XP. I can relate to anyone, and have the ability to understand and/or explain situations or tasks regardless of whether I am addressing a CEO, CFO, Director, or developer.
I would like to emphasize that I am an aggressive professional capable of working expertly with others in diverse environments and getting the job done under stress and critical deadlines. Additionally, I have worked intensively developing my technical skills and expertise. Throughout my career I have achieved results, developing a wide range of knowledge and techniques as they apply to all facets of the Information Systems industry. This is true from managing people and projects to troubleshooting systems and database performance capabilities. In addition to my technical expertise, I command a strong ability to learn and use new software and programming languages, have had extensive training and experience in human relations and a unique ability to communicate ideas and instructions to others regardless of background differences.
